Waratah Building wins 2 Awards at the 2025 Southern Regions Excellence in Building Awards

Stories

Waratah Building are thrilled to announce that they took home two awards at the 2025 Master Builders Association of NSW Southern Regions Excellence in Building Awards.

The first award was in the ‘Display Homes $400,000-$500,000’ category for our ‘Campbell St, Renwick Project’. Waratah Building designed and built this home to showcase their high level of quality to prospective clients. The home was built on a smaller scale, but still allowed us to exhibit exceptional workmanship and preferred suppliers and trades.

Our second award of excellence was in the category of ‘House Additions, Alterations & Renovations Over $3 million’ for our ‘Sutton Forest Project’, a sprawling country estate with timeless features and spectacular views. The project involved the construction of a 2 storey link between the two main existing buildings on the property. In addition to this, two separate wings were added to the east and west of the main existing dwelling.

Our success would not be possible without our amazing team, suppliers & clients.

We are extremely proud of our business and see ourselves continuing to grow in the local area, providing employment to young locals and always supporting local suppliers, trades and community groups, while always maintaining a high level of quality, service and communication.
