Our project at Myosotis Street saw the transformation of a tired country home into a revitalised modern estate in the heart of Bowral.
Designed by Paulo Sembrano of Sembrano Design, the home saw the interiors completely gutted to make way for new high quality finishes.
The sleek kitchen offers the best in modern appliances and a large island bench perfect for entertaining.
The existing hardwood flooring was rejuvenated and new luxury wool carpet was installed throughout the home, together with fresh internal and external paint, to create the feel of a brand new home while still retaining its original character.
A small extension & reconfiguration to the Master Bedroom enabled a better use of space and ability to maximise the ensuite and walk-in-robe.
An additional bedroom was also extended to create more space.
The main bathroom and ensuite were completely renovated, with a small existing powder room extended to create an additional full bathroom.
The exterior veranda was fully enclosed to create a sunroom. The large stacking doors along the entire length of the sunroom create an indoor/outdoor flow during the warmer months.
A substantial high-end full joinery and stone package, including kitchen, butler’s pantry, walk-in robes, built-in robes, laundry and vanities, showcases the detailed master craftsmanship by all trades involved in the project.
The external landscaping was completely re-worked to incorporate a stunning in-ground pool surrounded by sandstone pavers flowing from the outdoor entertaining area and courtyard.
We love the sleek modern finishes, while still retaining the home’s original character.
