We have some exciting news!

For over 12 years, Waratah Building has been a trusted name in the Southern Highlands, delivering quality residential projects and establishing a reputation for excellence in both craftsmanship and service. Today, that legacy has evolved into an exciting new chapter with the introduction of two new businesses, continuing the work that Nick, Jack and their teams have built together.

We are proud to announce the launch of Marland Signature Builders by Nick Marland, and Norman Jack by Jack Malavey. Two businesses led by the same experienced teams you already know, with the same commitment, professionalism and excellence in delivering high-end custom projects.

The evolution of these two new brands creates exciting new opportunities for residents in the Southern Highlands with additional resources and further expertise in quality construction.

Please feel free to reach out to either or both of us to discuss your next project.

* Jack & Nick will remain co-directors of Waratah Building, so rest assured that all existing warranties, defect rectification obligations and after-care commitments from Waratah Building projects remain steadfast and will continue to be managed by the same team.
